6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, I AM LUXURY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. We are not liable for any packages that show as delivered in the carrier’s tracking system but are not received by the customer.
We strongly recommend choosing a signature-required shipping option or shipping to a secure location whenever possible to ensure safe delivery.
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please:
